FAQ
Do you provide a FREE estimate?
Yes! Because each project is unique, we will visit your property to determine the scope of work required. Our estimate is based on the amount of vertical lift required and the square footage of the surface being raised. You are under no obligation to purchase.
Where do you provide your services?
We are based in Brandon, Manitoba, but travel to communities throughout the entire western Manitoba region.
What material is used to raise the concrete surface?
We use a non-toxic, non-hazardous polyurethane foam for all concrete lifting applications. The product is produced by HMI, the only company that uses recycled materials to produce their polyurethane foam.
Is polyurethane foam safe?
Yes. HMI’s polyurethane is non-toxic and contains NO formaldehyde, benzene, toluene or harmful blowing agents. Once cured, the foam is fully inert and does not leach into the surrounding soil or ground water.
Is the process eco-friendly?
HMI polyurethane is made from 40% recycled and biomassed materials. The injection process uses environmentally friendly blowing agents that are non-ozone depleting, and which have a low global warming potential (GWP). Additionally, by restoring your existing concrete, you keep it useable and out of the landfill, reducing your carbon footprint.
How long does the process take?
Residential jobs can general be completed in a matter of hours — usually in one day.
How much does concrete lifting cost?
Typically, raising a sunken concrete surface costs under half of the cost to tear out and re-pour the same concrete. Of course, this depends on the amount of lift required, and the size of the void that needs to be filled.
After the process is completed, how long do I need to wait before using the concrete surface that has been lifted?
In most cases, the newly raised concrete is ready for use immediately.
How long will the repairs last?
Our concrete lifting service provide a permanent solution. The polyurethane foam used in the injection process never loses density and you can expect it to last for the lifetime of your concrete.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes! We stand behind our work by offering a 5-year limited warranty to ensure your peace of mind. Your satisfaction is our number one goal
